1. The service

GemePoint lets you top up points with the payment methods listed on the website, use those points to buy gift cards, and see the serial numbers and PINs on the order page after you sign in.

2. Your account

Give true and accurate details when you sign up. You must verify your email before you can top up or buy.

Keep your password safe. Anything done with your account is treated as done by you. If someone else uses your account, contact support right away.

The same email on another brand's website is a separate account; points and orders are not shared.

3. Points

Points can only be used to buy gift cards on this website. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

Points never expire.

Top-ups are priced in US dollars (USD). The amount you actually pay depends on the payment method and the exchange rate at the time, may include fees, and is shown on the payment page.

The points you can top up each day are limited by membership tier; the top-up page shows your current limit.

4. Buying gift cards

When you place an order, the points it needs are held and deducted only when the serial numbers arrive. Cards that cannot be delivered are not charged, and their held points become available again.

Serial numbers and PINs are worth cash. Never give them to anyone who asks for them. We are not responsible if a serial number is used by someone else after it has been shown.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged once sold. See the refund policy.

5. Prohibited use

Do not use this website for fraud, money laundering or any other unlawful activity, do not sign up, top up or buy in bulk with automated tools, and do not interfere with the website.

If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account and take legal action.

6. Changes and interruptions

We may suspend or change parts of the service for maintenance, system faults or reasons on our partners' side. Orders in progress are completed with the supplier's result once the service is back.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the transaction concerned.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms and will update the effective date on this page. Continuing to use the website means you accept the changed terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
