Questions
Why can't I choose a larger top-up?
Each tier has a daily limit. New members can top up 1,000 pts a day; the limit rises as your total grows (top-ups count 7 days after payment).
How long does delivery take?
Usually a few minutes. If the supplier needs longer, the order shows that cards are on the way and your points stay held, not deducted.
Can I get a refund?
Points can't be exchanged for cash and gift cards can't be returned once sold. Cards that can't be delivered are never charged.
Why does the payment page show a different amount?
Prices are in US dollars. Some payment methods convert currency at the current rate or add a fee; the payment page shows the final amount.
